Established in 2014, The Chocolate Stache is the delectable creation of Central Coast natives and food and wine enthusiasts Kellymarie and Nicholas Otto. With nearly a decade of experience in the Paso Robles wine, restaurant and catering industries, Kellymarie’s passion for wine pairing blended expertly with the culinary capabilities of her husband, Nicholas, former sous chef for Paso’s famed farm-to-table restaurant, Villa Creek. Together, they’ve created custom chocolates for wine and beverage pairing, distinct in flavor and crafted from a culinary perspective.
